How it Works:
First, boil at least 300 ml of water and weigh out 16–18 g of medium-coarse coffee, roughly the texture of granulated sugar. Then, place a filter paper in the dripper and wet it with hot water to remove any paper taste and pre-warm the dripper and cup. Later, add the coffee grounds and pour a little water over them to bloom the coffee, then slowly pour the remaining water in a spiral from the center outward, avoiding pouring directly on the filter paper. Stop pouring when you reach about 220 ml of water. Finally, adjust grind size, water temperature, and pouring technique over time to find your perfect cup, remembering that brewing is a trial-and-error process and the best coffee is the one you make yourself.
